Your order is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days with our carrier UPS.

As for now, COVID-19-related shipping challenges and the increase in package volume, may impact the shipment transit time and forecasted delivery date.

Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

If you decide that your Serweet products aren’t appropriate for you within your trial period, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process.

If you can find a box big enough and a carrier that accepts large shipments, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and you can send your mattress back for a full refund.

If you don’t want to go through the hassle of finding a box and a carrier, another option is to find a charity in your area that accepts mattress donations. Donate the mattress under the name “Serweet,” then simply send us a picture of your receipt from the charity, and we will process a full refund for you. 

You don’t need to worry about this. Our mattress is suitable for people of any sleeping positions, weight and body shape. It can support your spine firmly and relieve your pain.

The mattress can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and a damp cloth.

Do not remove the cover. Dab away excess moisture with a dry cloth and allow time to air dry it at room temperature away from heat or light.

Serweet mattresses are rolled and compressed to make shipping and setup easy.

Once the packaging is removed, it takes up to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand. If your mattress is fully decompressed after 24 hours, it will not harm the mattress to sleep on it.

You could compare getting used to your new mattress to the same process as getting used to new shoes. The mattress you previously owned had time to adapt to your body shape and soften itself. When you sleep on a new mattress, it is possible you may feel a slight discomfort at first, and that is why we recommend trying your sleep for at least 30 days before considering a return.

Serweet sells exclusively online to provide the most convenient and beneficial experience for customers. We also offer a 100-night sleep trial so that you can test any Serweet product with comfort at your home.

All of our mattresses have been tested and meet the requirements of the Cigarette Smoldering Text (16 CFR Part 1632) and the Open Flame Test (1633-Federal flammability).

Since most people spend so much time in bed, we feel like every one should be snuggling down on the healthiest foam.

Our foam is made without:

Ozone depleting substances

PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants

Mercury, lead and heavy metals

Formaldehyde

Also without phthalates, which regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission that emits low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound)—for indoor air quality, which should be less than 0.5 parts per million.

While it may take up to 72 hours for your mattress to fluff up to its full height, it is safe to sleep on it the first night.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, usually the goods can be received within 2-5 days, in some places it is 7 days at the latest.

The estimated delivery time can be checked under the order.

Please take into account that your order will be sent to our production team once full payment is received. The product will be delivered within the prescribed delivery time.

Depending on your payment methods, the delivery will take a couple of days.

The mattress made by our factory with exquisite craftsmanship will be delivered to your doorstep after inspection.

We want you to LOVE every of our Serweet mattress. And we know this will take time, so we give you 100 days enough upon delivery to thoroughly test your new Serweet product with comfort at your home.

If you’re not satisfied within this period, you can contact us for a full refund. No sweat.

But the item must be returned in good condition—with no drool, stains or mysterious smells, but the necessary documents, parts and accessories—to ensure a full refund.

And proof of purchase will be required before processing your refund.

Refunds will typically be generated back through the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. However, exact processing times may vary for each financial institution.

This largely depends on how you paid.

If you paid with credit card you should see funds back in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

If you paid using PayPal you should be able to see the status of the refund in your PayPal account once it has been issued.

Our sofas are made of polyester-linen fabric and leather. The best option for cleaning is to use a mild detergent and damp cloth.

All expertly packed of course! We make sure to pack all parts of the sofa into the frame so when you've opened your sofa and think something is missing, go ahead and turn it over to find more components under the seats.
