Serweet sleep experts suggest giving your body at least 30 days to adjust to a new mattress. We offer a 100-night trial on mattresses, and if you’re not 100% in love after the first 30-Night Adjustment Period, returns are free and easy. We will bear the shipping cost of express return. Please contact us by support@serweet.com before you decide to return the mattress, we will provide you with the appropriate address so that we can better handle your return.

Our sleep specialists are working full time to ensure that you will have the highest quality rest we can offer. Please don`t hesitate to contact us,we will try our best to meet your request.

Return policy

-All Purchase can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be undamaged and and ensure that all articles in the package are intact.
-You can return it for free and get your money back within 5 business days after we receive the product(s).
-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

-Product is damaged.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. Please Contact Us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition (no stains or weird smells).
3. Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Serweet cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to serweet.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
